Kawakibi Democracy Transition Center organized a workshop on the presidential election campaign accounts to be submitted before the Court of Accounts, under “Conditions of benefiting from public aid under the heading “reimbursement of electoral spending and legal proceedings before the Court of Accounts” held on November 1, 2019 in Tunis.
The training brought together candidates of the 2019 presidential elections, represented by their financial agents and legal representatives.
This workshop aimed to define terms of Conditions of benefiting from public aid, under the heading reimbursement of electoral spending and account preparation mechanisms before the Court of Accounts. This training was moderated by Mrs. Fadhila Gargouri, a judge in the Court of Accounts and Mr. Soufien Ben Abid, an expert.
