In partnership with the Office of the Minister in Charge of Relations with Constitutional Bodies and Civil Society, Kawakibi Democracy Transition Center organized a workshop on finalizing the legal system of administrative, financial and human management of independent bodies on December 4 and 5, 2020 in Hammamet.
Members from the support team participated in this workshop including the Prime Minister’s office, the office of the Minister in charge of Public Service, the office of the Minister in charge of Relations with the People’s Assembly, the General Authority for Administrative and Financial Control and the Ministry of Finance.
The workshop was an important opportunity to bring together the views of the various departments involved in the course of independent public bodies in order to come up with a unified and harmonious conception of the necessary ordinal provisions for the work, proper implementation and full functioning of the bodies.
The workshop is part of the Center’s work on supporting the Ministry’s efforts in relation with the work of independent bodies, especially on the legislative side.
