In keeping with the growing dynamics of reform before and after the wave of transitions in the Arab region, many countries engaged in efforts to revise existing laws and regulations, to reform their existing institutions (security, justice…) and to establish new bodies (independent bodies, audit bodies…). Apart from state institutions, the reform extends to various types of legislation, including constitutions, laws, decrees, orders...etc.

KADEM’s contribution consists in providing expertise and know-how, from the region and beyond, to help decision-makers in this process and accompany institutions in all phases of reform.
