Aware of the importance of CSOs as a force of change in democratic transition processes, KADEM devotes a large part of its work to civil society, carrying out activities that involve building capacities and weaving partnerships at the national and regional levels. KADEM also develops programs and projects that aim at promoting an enabling civil society environment at the different national levels and at the regional and international levels
